Chief Digital & Workforce Optimization Officer
Jeremiah Worthington was named Chief Digital & Workforce Optimization Officer of Location Services, LLC in April 2018. In this multifaceted role, Jeremiah will be focused on the overarching leadership of LPR business operations, software development, workforce optimization, and long-term strategy development. In addition, he will be responsible for executive leadership oversight and guidance of all digital operations, which includes digital information acquisition, processing, support and data monetization.
Jeremiah brings over 20 years of experience in the financial service industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in strategy development, business transformation, operational excellence, workforce optimization and change management. Jeremiah has a proven track record for transforming operations, optimizing business processes, and implementing successful change strategies in large operations for companies such as GE, GMAC, and Ally Financial.
Prior to joining Location Services, Jeremiah was the Senior Vice President of Servicing Transformation at CIOX Health, responsible for operational strategies through workforce optimization and the implementation of digital strategies. Before CIOX Health, Jeremiah spent more than 10 years at GMAC / Ally Financial, holding various senior leadership roles including, Loss Mitigation, Special Servicing, Operational Excellence, and Consumer Systems. Prior to GMAC, Jeremiah spent several years at General Electric (GE) as a leader within their renowned Lean Six Sigma and Quality Management teams.

Jeremiah was born and raised in Southern California but now resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Jeremiah is married and a father of one. He likes to play all sports; however, golf and triathlons are his favorites. Jeremiah enjoys going “Up North” spending time at the family cabin and appreciating the lake life.
